How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you need to return or exchange a tire, contact our dedicated customer service team at 888-981-3953. One of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused tires that have not been driven on and are in their original, undamaged condition. Our returns specialists will carefully inspect all returned products to ensure they meet our return criteria. This 30-day window gives you ample time to ensure you are delighted with your Sailun tire purchase.
Same-Day Returns for In-Person Pickup
If you pick up your order at one of our distribution centers, you are eligible for an immediate return or exchange, but only on the same day as pickup. After this time, your return must be reviewed by one of our returns specialists before an exchange or credit can be processed, typically taking 2-3 business days. Please call 888-981-3953 to arrange your return.
Manufacturer Warranties
All Sailun tires are covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, which is extended to you, the purchaser, at the time of sale. If you experience any issues with your tires that are covered under warranty, we will be happy to assist you in obtaining fulfillment of the warranty. Credit Amount Calculation
When you return a tire, wheel, or tire and wheel package, your credit amount will be calculated as follows:
- Tires: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
- Wheels: Credit less all freight charges incurred. The wheels must not have had tires mounted. Please test fit wheels before mounting tires.
- Wheel & Tire Package: Credit less than $60 labour charge for dismounting and less than all freight charges incurred.
Please note that special order items are not returnable for a refund or exchange.
Your credit will be issued to the original card used for the purchase. If you paid by cash or check, we will issue your refund by check to the billing address on file.
Refused Shipments
If you refuse delivery of a shipment sent via FedEx or UPS, please be aware that you will be responsible for freight charges.
Our customers can also use our return and exchange policy. However, there are a few additional considerations:
- If an item is damaged, missing, or shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged on the re-shipment.
- For returns due to other reasons, Canadian PST, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Please call for a return authorization number and further information on return shipments.
<h3>Shipping Damage and Incorrect Items</h3> If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with Sailun Tire’s customer service at 888-981-3953. We will report the issue to the shipper and arrange a replacement or exchange. Be sure to repackage the damaged merchandise in its original packaging so we can arrange the return shipment.

- Ensure original strapping is intact (if not, ship tires individually without taping together)
